Our Approach

Our approach is underpinned by a straightforward and tested methodology of delivering projects. This starts with understanding the requirements, mapping the stakeholders, setting out the scope in plans and schedules, getting the team right then pushing hard on the delivery whilst managing the risks and the costs. We don’t believe this is rocket science but is all too often neglected in project management. In particular, projects frequently miss the importance of being systematic about the steps. Our methodology ensures a systematic and disciplined approach to successful project delivery.

Our History

Since 1998, our team has delivered high quality project management consultancy services, with the primary focus on complex electrical and electronic and computer systems often in major infrastructure projects. We also provide multi-disciplinary teams with the capability to complete defined packages of work across the full project lifecycle.
Our consultants have deep experience of managing projects – from business case preparation to the handover of the completed systems for maintenance. We provide assistance at all stages of the process – from bid preparation, requirements definition, detailed system design through to the implementation of systems.

Our Principal Consultant is Duncan Jackman

Graduating from the University of Bath with a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Business Management, Duncan has over 30 years of experience of engineering projects.

The company operates with a small core and an associate model to provide the expert resources needed for individual assignments. Our associates are very carefully picked and our selection process is centred on work-hardened relationships. We do not hire from the open market – our reputation is far too important to risk deploying managers we do not know following on the job team working.

Based in North London we are ideally located for projects in and around the capital and for travel further afield.
